Broken Mirror Frame into a Chalkboard

I found this crazy gold plastic frame one day when I was taking a walk around the neighborhood.  It was a year or so ago, because Grace was still in a stroller and I was able to balance the frame (just barely) on the back of the stroller and get it home.

It sat for a long, long time in the garage gathering spider webs and dust until one day it got hit with some spray paint.  Gorgeous spray paint, a turquoise blue, my favorite from Rustoleum.   I painted the back panel with some chalk paint and listed it on Craig’s List AND IT SOLD!  Whoa.  The buyer was a sweet girl who was planning on using it as a wedding decoration sign.  AWWWWWWW!   I was so happy to sell it for a happy occasion, so when she asked, I agreed to reduce the price.
