I “love” these fun signs!  I found the wood in my mom’s bonfire wood pile.   I swear my eye just wanders around looking for junk that can be saved;  it’s as instinctive as kissing my kids sweet faces.  I can’t stop myself.  The wood was already cut into two perfect 12 inch squares, maybe leftover scraps from some project?  Pretty much a perfect canvas.  I took them home with me and played around with paint colors and stain.

I decided to keep  the left love which I made from a busted up door plate that ReHouse couldn’t resell, a candlestick holder, some brick layering metal strips and an old wooden measuring stick.

I threw it on my bookshelf where it makes me smile everyday.  I love those crazy, energetic little girls!
